Product Generation

Sany SY60C is a new generation of 6T small excavator built by Sany Heavy Machinery. The machine has an operating weight of 6000kg, a bucket capacity of 0.1-0.28 cubic meters, a total transport length of 5925mm, a total transport width of 2000-2005mm, and a total transport height of 2615-2630mm.

It is compact and flexible, suitable for small and medium-sized projects such as municipal construction, farmland water conservancy construction, and garden construction, and can operate in small spaces and complex environments.

Energy-saving and efficient, equipped with Sany's exclusive customized 36kW Kubota/Isuzu engine, combined with an electronically controlled pump and a load-sensitive hydraulic system, the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of commonly used gears is increased by 10%. The driving experience is upgraded, the cab floor adopts modal optimization technology, the maximum seat vibration acceleration is 0.62m/s², which is 17.3% optimized compared to the original, and the sealing is improved by 27.8%. The design is safe and beautiful, and it was created by Ferrari design company Pinfa. The front floor window design, the overall glass area increased by 35%, and the profile skeleton design meet the European standard ROPS safety requirements.

Component Overview

Equipped with Kubota V2607 or Isuzu engine customized by Sany, rated power 36kW/2000rpm, strong power, good fuel economy, turbocharging and high-pressure common rail electronic injection technology, combined with electronically controlled pump and load-sensitive hydraulic system, to achieve efficient matching of engine/pump/valve.

Using load-sensitive hydraulic system, relying on Sany's exclusive constant power algorithm, the flow is adjusted by controlling the current, and the flow response is fast, which can effectively improve fuel economy.

High-torque travel motor, walking traction increased by 8%, more powerful climbing. Adopting bilateral reinforced sprocket wheel fixing method, equipped with heavy-duty supporting wheels and sprocket wheels, super wear-resistant crawler, and reinforced drive wheels and guide wheels, the structure is strong and the travel is stable.
The key load-bearing plate of the boom is thickened to 6mm, which is higher in strength. The end face of the bucket sleeve adopts laser cladding technology to improve the wear resistance life. The bucket is optimized to be a secondary arc shape to reduce the resistance and wear of sand and stone on the bucket body.

The C12 cab has a larger space and the seat back angle can be adjusted greatly. It is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen that integrates Bluetooth, air conditioning operation and other functions, as well as an air conditioning self-check alarm system, and a standard one-button start function. The new sheet metal structure and sealing strips effectively improve the sealing of the cab.
The key components are all imported electrical components with extremely high waterproof protection performance. The system functions are refined, making it easier to check the cause of the fault, stable performance, and higher safety.
